I have known Ms Rachael Griffin, the property manager with the above named real estate agency, and have business with them for the last 10years. During this period I had my queries, related to the management of my three properties, directed to Ms Griffin and her staff. Rachel Barrass has been our property manager at Rosebery for over a year now. During this period we had regular payment from the tenants, timely inspections and routine maintenance was suggested and performed without delay. She has also kept us up to date with the rental value in the area and suggested changes accordingly.

In fact we were so pleased with Rachel’s performance and professionalism, we decided to ask her to manage our new investment property in Little Bay.
