Once you have found a property you are interested in either on the internet or in the local paper an appointment is required to inspect the property. This can be done by leaving your contact details with the property manager and they will notfiy you of a scheduled time to inspect, if you are unavailable during the time then please let the property manager know so another suitable time can be scheduled for you.

At the inspection if you are interested in the property then ask the property manager for an application form. You are required to fill in all the required fields and provide supporting documentation with your application as they cannot be processed incomplete. Once you have submitted your application it can take upto 48hours to receive a response depending on the property manager being able to confirm your information.

Once your application has been accepted then 1 weeks rent is required as a holding deposit, this is required as soon as possible once your application has been accepted to ensure the property is secured for you. Once your tenancy agreement has been signed then the holding deposit will transfer to your 1st weeks rent.

At the time the holding deposit is paid the property manager will arrange a time and date to sign the agreement, this is to be done at the real estate office at which time the property manager will go through the documentation and proceedures associated with your tenancy. At this time you will be required to pay the 2nd weeks rent, the bond and the lease preparation fee. Once all relevant documentation has been signed and funds paid you can commence moving in as your tenancy has now commenced.
