My wife and I feel very fortunate to have met Dimitrios Petrakis at MGM Properties. He helped us every step of the way to easily sell our unit in Kensington. As sellers, we really just sat back and let Dimitrios take control. He handled all the details promptly and professionally. Thank you so much for the incredible effort you and the team at MGM Properties put forth in getting top dollar on the sale of my home in Maroubra! After being a rental property for the last 6 years there were a number of things that had to be done to maximize the houses curb appeal and sales price. As an absentee owner it was good to know that you were there to handle all of the inspections and oversee the repairs.

The marketing of the house was terrific! I especially liked how the professional photos, newspaper, and internet advertising turned out.

The interest and response was incredible.

We received a potential offer on the first day of the inspection and you managed to issue no less than 10 contracts during the first week of the campaign. The house was sold on auction day for 20% over our contract price. Who says it is a “Buyer’s Market”?

My sister and I recently sold our family home at 116 Florence Avenue, Eastlakes.

The MGM team contacted us when a neighbour told them that we wished to sell the property. When we were ready to sell, we spoke to Nick Kastellorios, of MGM Properties at Rosebery, who explained the process of selling the property in a simple and understandable way.

We decided that we did not want to go to auction and Nick suggested a private treaty. Nick agreed with our asking price and informed us that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to sell the property. We were a little bit sceptical of the time period that Nick suggested, however, within 2 weeks we had two solid offers.

Michael Xylas did the final negotiating with the potential buyers. He explained the negotiation process and finally negotiated a price which was more than our asking price. The property had sold within 2 weeks of it being listed.

We have both been very pleased with our dealings with MGM Properties. They were “straight down the line” and explained the process the process simply at each step along the way.

We would highly recommend MGM Properties to any potential vendors.
