Viewing a rental property

Once you have found a rental property you would like to view, please contact us online or by phone to arrange an inspection. If you see an open house time advertised on the web, please make yourself available to view the property at the assigned time.

Application Process

If you find a suitable property, please either ask our leasing agent for an application form or visit our website to download the document. It is important that every person intending to live in the property fills out an application. Please have all the important documents and references ready to give yourself the best chance of securing the property. If you are successful, you will hear from our office and a holding deposit of one week’s rent will be payable. Once your application has been given final approval, an appointment will be arranged for you to sign the lease.

Signing the Residential Tenancy Agreement

A meeting with you and the leasing agent will be arranged for the final step of getting into your new home. Everyone living in the property will sign the agreement and you will be given keys and instructions for the property. You will also receive a ‘condition report’. This must be acknowledge and sent back to our office within seven days.

Enjoy your new home

Finally, we want you to be happy in your new home. You will have a dedicated property manager as your point of contact to answer any questions or facilitate and work through any matters that may arise; after all, that’s what we are here for!
